He studied Psychology at UCL in London (MSc in Cognitive and Decision Sciences). He holds a BSc in Psychology with a minor in Computer Science from the University of La Verne, California. He has been trained in various fields of Applied Psychology, particularly in Family Psychotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) by Richard Bandler, John Grinder, and others. He is a certified NLP Trainer. His experience includes working with youth and families, as well as delivering creative metaphors in workshop seminars. He is the founder of Metamorphosis Human Relations Consulting Ltd. and the website www.1StepSuccess.com.

He co-authored the first original Greek book on NLP, “The Technology of Change,” along with other publications. He continually follows international trends in Counseling Psychology, integrating them into his work with insight and humor. Beyond psychology, his interests include computers, business development, sound engineering, and audio/video editing.
